HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery takes 2-3 days for available items. Items stated otherwise take 7-14 days.
CAN I TRY THE PRODUCT OUT BEFORE I BUY?
We are a online store and do not have that available to our customers.
CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes you may. You will have to state this while purchasing your item.
WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENS AFTER ORDERING?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email receipt. If for any reason you do not get a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. The Dress Up is not liable for these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link to the relevant courier site via email. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours of it being shipped to monitor the progress.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
UK Delivery – When your delivery is due a signature will be required.
International Delivery – Yes a signature is required.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you haven’t received your order within the advised delivery time please contact us via email (info@thedressuponline.com). Please note, any parcels not received, please report within 5-10 working days of the order date.
